Detect if WebGL is supported by the browser

Note: Support for 3D on mobile devices may vary, view the system requirements for more information.

3D capability in 4.0 API needs the browser to support WebGL. This sample shows how to detect if the browser supports WebGL and show proper message for browser not supporting WebGL.

To turn off WebGL: For example, in Firefox, type "about:config" in URL bar, search for "webgl.disabled" and turn it to true.
