Fade effect using ArcGIS.com web maps

Description

A common use case when developing apps with webmaps from ArcGIS.com is to switch from one webmap to another. This sample shows how that can be accomplished and also shows how to use dojo.fadeIn and dojo.fadeOut to produce a smooth transition between maps.
