Symbol size and outline width based on map scale

Description

This sample displays farm expenses throughout the United States. It does this by setting visualVariables on the renderer. One visual variable determines the size of the circle based on the value of the specified attribute field, whereas another determines the outline width of the polygons based on the map scale.
